Pathways to a Radiant Self -Tele Class
Are you ready to shift your energy and shift your life?
Would you like to release limiting beliefs or behaviors patterns so you may attract what you desire?
Would you like your life to flow more effortlessly?
Explore the seven energy centers (chakras) in the human body and learn how to create your life with the 'inside out ' approach. The essence or energy of each center will be fully explored with new tasks and exercises to support you on your path. The themes of these centers include: foundation, passion, personal power, balance, communication and creativity, insight, and consciousness.

Schedule of Classes 2003
January 30th, Thursdays 7:00 pm EST, meets for eight consecutive weeks
March 5th, Wednesdays, 12:00 pm EST, meets for eight consecutive weeks
May 20th, Tuesdays, 1:00 pm EST, meets for eight consecutive weeks
Format: Pathways to a Radiant Self tele class meets for 1.5 hours per week by phone, for eight consecutive weeks, 6-8 participants. Emails and buddy calls are arranged for additional support between meetings.

Radiant Living
This eight week one-on-one coaching/mentor intensive will help you to shift your personal energy and your life. Each week you will focus on one of the seven energies in the human body and spirit. As you increase your awareness and integrate new behaviors you will attract and create what you most desire in your life. This process is deeply transformational. Meeting times are arranged around your schedule. A workbook is provided to help you integrate the information and processes.
Investment: $1000, meets eight times over a three month period of time.

Group Coaching Available
Are you a coach or therapist seeking to take your business to the next level? This group focuses on practice building, challenges and coaching methods with a holistic approach. The group is limited to five people.
Investment: $150.00 per month
Times: Tuesdays (three meetings per month) at 7:00PM EST, for one hour.
Wednesdays (three meetings per month) at 7:00PM EST, for one hour.

Body Mind Coaching
Incorporate the body as a source of awareness and wisdom for your clients. This model will take you through a simple yet profound process that will enhance and deepen your clients understanding of the source of their own wisdom, intuition and relationship to their body sensations.
